Answering the Call
Art Therapy and Counselling Services
Welcome…
Feeling stressed or overwhelmed? Looking for clarity, meaning, or just a way to feel good in your skin?
The discomfort of feeling disconnected from body, mind, and/or Spirit grows louder until we listen. Until we hear the call back to ourselves.
I walk alongside you on your journey and help you answer this call, whatever it looks like for you.
Together, we help you reconnect with whatever parts of you may be calling out for attention.
Through acts of love: reflection, contemplation, creativity, art, and connection, we figure out what these parts are telling you. We honour them and give them what they need - giving you what you need.
When feeling reconnected to self, body, mind, and spirit, you make sense of the world in a new way.
Clarity emerges from your inner guidance, helping you live life from a deeper, truer, more cohesive you.
If you are wanting to answer the call to go within and listen, I invite you to connect with me.
As an intuitive art therapist with a background in talk therapy and spiritual work, it is my honour to walk alongside you as you create the bridge within.
With safety and gentleness at the heart of all I do, we walk this journey inwards at your own pace.
If inspired, please connect. I am here with you.

Answering My Call
I always felt like there was someone inside of me wanting to get out to be heard, expressed, and seen, but was kept frozen in time, crying out to me through messages of pain and fatigue. Through mind-body connection and trauma-informed art therapy I made friends with the emotions and pain that was caught within my body.
By connecting with authenticity and my deepest and truest Self, I not only experienced a decrease in pain, but a development of a new sense of self.
By listening to the call of my body, I created this poem, this art, and this music. It demonstrates the emergence of a new identity and celebrates what I found within - myself!
Discomfort, pain, uncertainty, tension, and conflict that arise in any level of our being, whether that be physical, mental, emotional, cultural, or spiritual, may be what calls you.
Why Art Therapy?
Bringing art into the therapeutic process offers a way to bypass our strong thinking minds and not only externalize what we hold inside so we can see it clearly, but allow for a voice from your body.
By engaging in a creative process that is true to you within a safe and trusting therapy relationship, you can answer your call. You can meet and greet what you hold within, rewrite the stories held within your body, connect with your authentic Self and heal.
